Attorney C. Scott Shields, died tragically March 25th in a skydiving accident.

Mayor of the Rutledge Borough, Pennsylvania, and the legal representative for Scott Loper, Scott Shields was a rugged adventurist and frequent skydiver. For unknown reasons, his chute failed to deploy, and a secondary, reserve chute only partially opened.

Our hearts go out to his family - most specially to his daughters, Deborah, Olivia and Alexis.
